We check the VAT number, chamber of commerce registration and the identity document of the company representative before granting the “Verified business identity” badge. The badge attests that this check was carried out: it is not a certification, and it does not guarantee the commercial reliability, solvency or product compliance of the verified company.

We publish hemp supply chain products and services whose marketing is allowed under the applicable regulations. There is no single THC threshold valid for every country: it depends on the product, its intended use, and the country of origin and destination. Where the category requires it, the THC percentage must be declared when publishing. Responsibility for the lawfulness of what is published rests with the party publishing it.

Every listing enters a review status and only becomes visible after an administrator has approved it: no listing goes live at first publication without a person checking it. If it is later suspended for an expired certificate of analysis, uploading a valid certificate republishes it automatically, without repeating that check. This is not, however, a review of the legality of every individual detail: anyone using the platform can still report a published listing or a profile, and content that is clearly unlawful, against the rules, or the subject of well-founded reports is suspended or removed.

Four effects applied automatically, without an administrator involved:

• The listing expires at the end of the publication period.
• An expired certificate of analysis suspends the listing.
• Uploading a valid certificate of analysis republishes it.
• A critical change to the company profile suspends commercial functions, until re-verified.
